Many acronyms will be used in reference to my service, after all this is a government run program, so here are some common acronyms used:
COS: Close of Service. you done good, you finished all 27 months of the PC
CPC: Care Package Central. my own acronym.
LCF: Language & Cross Cultural Facilitator aka lifeline
PC: Peace Corps, dummies.
PCT: Peace Corps Trainee (first three months of service, this is what you're considered)
PCV: Peace Corps Volunteer (if you can hack the first three months, then you are sworn in as an official PCV, not to be confused with PVC)
